At Henrik Vibskov Boutique, we accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items like underwear, swimwear, and perfumes are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send the package using a trackable shipping service to our boutique address in Copenhagen; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
